Click Consult Pharmacy (operated by JP Pharmacy and owned by Landbased Ltd) is fully licenced and regulated by the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to offer medicines for sale via this website.

All medication available at Click Consult Pharmacy is procured by JP Pharmacy from licenced and regulated UK wholesalers. The use of community pharmacy wholesalers and suppliers ensures authenticity and thus safety of every medication we supply.
Do I need a prescription to order?
No prescription is required to utilise our service. For all qualifying patients, we provide a free online consultations that are reviewed by one of our prescribers, who will subsequently issue a private prescription.
Is the ordering process confidential?
Strict confidentiality rules and regulations govern all data entered into our system (medical data & order history); access to it is restricted to authorised personnel who hold the responsibility of prescribing and dispensing your medications.
Is the packaging discreet?
For your convenience, all medications are packaged in unbranded plain packaging that does not bear any indication of their pharmacy origin.
Will I need to sign for my medicines?
Our delivery partners are legally obligated to obtain your signature upon medicine delivery in order to verify that the medications are delivered in safely. This is a legal requirement; therefore, medications cannot be mailed through your mailbox (without collecting a signature).

Who will deliver my medicines?
In order to maximise our customer base, we collaborate with reputable delivery services (Royal Mail) to guarantee punctuality and security of your medicine(s).
You will receive an envelope or package (depending on your order) containing your medications, which will be discretely packaged.
Online Prescribing
Why do you need me to fill out a consultation form?
In order to provide you with appropriate treatment recommendations, our prescribers conduct a clinical evaluation of your consultation prior to granting your request to purchase medication for a specific ailment. The consultation form enumerates all pertinent and essential details that enable the prescriber to arrive at a reasonable and secure determination regarding the provision of beneficial medication(s).
Will the you inform my GP?
In order to ensure that a comprehensive record is maintained with their GP, we advise all clients to grant us permission to disclose the treatments they undergo to their GP. We will not, however, disclose this information to your without your consent.
What do I do if I experience side effects or need help after treatment?
Notify your GP or Click Consult Pharmacy of any treatment-related adverse effects, and seek urgent medical attention if they become severe. Dial 999 if the side effects are life-threatening; otherwise, dial 111 for NHS emergency services.

Is this as safe as going to my local doctor or pharmacy?
